More editing!

 After our first class, which was media, Azka and I were free for some time so we decided to sit together and get some work done. And so we did some more editing. We tried out some transitions and effects that would suit the music video. 

One transitions we both agreed on spontaneously was the “burn” transition, which transitioned into the newspaper scene. 

One issue that we noticed, and was also pointed out by sir was a clip which was a little blurred and out of focus. Normally I would switch it out and any other clip that would be affected as we had quite a number of extra shots, including BTS. However for that particular shot, dua, whom we had asked to take the BTS, was unable to record, so we didn’t have any options available. Considering that, we decided to go for a “blur” transition that would make the innate “out-of-focus” unnoticeable. 

We also added a “heart projection” effect on the last clip which was liked by all of our test viewing audience. 

After working on it some more, Azka had to leave for class and meanwhile I rewatched the work so far to fix any remaining gaps. Sir had mentioned the need of “blasts” and “flashes” on best drops as it’s a fast song. So according to that I went for a “beat” effect with chromatic blur.
